1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility:

  • Seva Services: In the event that you decide to cancel a scheduled online puja or seva service, you are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation request is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the service. Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are not eligible for refunds.

  • Prasad Delivery: Once a prasad delivery order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded, as the preparation process begins promptly to ensure the sanctity and freshness of the prasad.

2. Refund Process:

  • Seva Services: If you are eligible for a refund based on the cancellation policy stated above, the refund amount will be processed back to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

  • Prasad Delivery: As prasad delivery orders cannot be canceled, they are not eligible for refunds. We take utmost care to ensure the quality and authenticity of the prasad you receive.

3. Special Poojas and Astrological Consultations:

  • For special poojas conducted on specific occasions or to address particular needs, refunds are not applicable due to the personalized nature of these services and the dedicated preparations involved.

  • Similarly, astrological and horoscope consultations are non-refundable, as our experienced astrologers devote their time and expertise to provide you with accurate insights and guidance.
